COURSE CURRICULUM

The Doctorate in Public Health course at UFSC is offered in person and aims to train high-level professionals in the health area and related areas, committed to advancing knowledge and innovation, for the exercise of teaching, research, extension, management and health care in the field of Public Health.

The Doctorate curriculum structure is composed of mandatory subjects characterized by a general training block, with subjects that support the in-depth study of content in the areas of knowledge in the field of Public Health and subjects that provide tools for the final project. In addition, there are elective subjects whose content covers specific aspects of each area of ​​knowledge and/or line of research and provides technical and/or methodological support for the student’s training.

The PPGSC/UFSC subjects are offered weekly and on weekdays. Mandatory courses for the Doctorate are held on Thursdays and Fridays, with possible variations each semester.

The Doctorate COURSE CURRICULUM contains detailed information about the courses and number of credits, as well as other mandatory requirements that encompass the student’s education.
